Defining Connection Info at the Activity Level

When defining connection information at the workflow definition level, you can designate an exception for one or more of the workflow's activities.

To define connection information at the activity level

1. Add an activity to your workflow definition by dragging it from the Toolbox Pane and dropping it in the Designer Pane.
2. An activity's Connection Profile property box is hidden by default. Click the button at the top of the Properties Pane and select Connection Profile to display it.
3. In the Connection Profile property box, select a connection profile. The profile you select will only apply to the activity in question.

   

   Note: If no profiles are available, or to create a new profile, click Manage Connections.
